With our instant exchange feature, processing time is significantly reduced, so you’ll receive your replacement product much faster than with the traditional exchange process. The best part? All exchanges are free!

2. Store Credit

Prefer to keep your options open? Opt for store credit and use it towards future purchases. Your store credit will be available immediately upon processing your return, allowing you to shop with us again without any delay.

3. Instant Refunds

Hate waiting for your refund? We offer instant refunds for eligible returns. You’ll receive your money back right away, without the usual processing time. Please note that instant refunds are subject to your profile and are determined by Reveni.

Returns Policy Highlights

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that returns are not free. We keep return costs to a minimum so that we can continue to offer competitive prices and high-quality products.

  • Return Window: You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate your return. After 30 days, we may not be able to process your return.

  • Condition of Items: All returned items should be sent back in their original condition and packaging, including any tags. For example, shoes should be returned with their original shoe box. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
