Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a simple returns process for items that meet the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Change of Mind: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your item is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item for assistance.

How to Return

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at orders@siksilk.com.au to request a return.
2. Return Instructions: We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return the item to our warehouse.
3. Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping will be covered by us for faulty or damaged goods. For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
4. Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-returnable Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after use are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Australian Consumer Law
